1. Agreement

These terms apply to your use of wheelquirk.com (“WheelQuirk”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. The service

WheelQuirk provides free, browser-based tools such as spinning wheels, random pickers and team generators. We may change, add or remove features at any time, and we don’t guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors.

3. Randomness and intended use

Results are generated in your browser using its built-in random number generator. WheelQuirk is intended for entertainment, games, teaching and informal decisions. It is not certified, audited or approved for any purpose, and you must not use it:

• for gambling, betting or lotteries;
• to run sweepstakes, competitions or prize draws where the law requires a particular method or independent verification;
• for decisions with legal, medical, financial or safety consequences.

You are responsible for any decision you make using a WheelQuirk result.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights;
• use share links or wheel content to harass people or to distribute unlawful, hateful or harmful material;
• try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its hosting;
• copy the site’s design, branding or content to present it as your own, or scrape it in bulk.

5. Your content

The entries and titles you type remain yours. They are stored in your own browser, and in any share link you create. You are responsible for what you put on a wheel and for whom you share links with. Don’t include other people’s personal information in a shared wheel without their permission.

6. Our content

The WheelQuirk name, logo, site design, text and code are owned by the operator of WheelQuirk and protected by intellectual property laws. You may link to any page. Third-party components, such as the Bricolage Grotesque typeface (SIL Open Font License), are used under their own licenses.

7. Third-party links and advertising

The site may contain links to other websites and may in future display advertising provided by third parties. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for third-party websites, products or ads.

8. Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit or opportunity, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms takes away any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws of the country where you live.
